The 40,000-square-foot Lynnwood Neighborhood Center is a versatile hub designed to meet the evolving needs of a diverse community. Its hybrid steel and timber structure, featuring panelized wood frame walls, exposed glulam beams, and cross-laminated timber, embodies a sustainable and adaptive design that will serve the community for generations.

The center is equipped with a full commercial kitchen that supports both the nonprofit organizations housed within and the various special events hosted at the facility. Exterior amenities include a full playground and fenced patio.

Serving 20,000 community members annually, the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center will host an array of nonprofit organizations, including the Boys + Girls Club, Volunteers of America Western Washington [VOAWW], and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program [ECEAP], offering access to essential services such as:
