Seattle’s University District skyline continues to grow with the addition of Lincoln's and Intercontinental's 13-story office tower. The new University District Station Building, or UDSB, is appropriately named as it will sit directly atop the new U District light rail station, which opened in the Fall of 2022.

In addition to office space, UDSB will feature ground-floor retail, bike storage, shower rooms, a L13 amenity space with access to a rooftop terrace, a green roof with a 60 kW photovoltaic array, and a public pocket park located on the corner of Brooklyn Ave NE and NE 43rd St.

Project goals include LEED Gold certification and 100% union built.
