Seattle’s University District skyline continues to grow with the addition of Lincoln's and Intercontinental's 13-story office tower. The new Gateway Building, formerly known as the University District Station Building, sits directly atop the U District light rail station.

In addition to office space, the Gateway Building features ground-floor retail, bike storage, shower rooms, a L13 amenity space with access to a rooftop terrace, a green roof with a 60 kW photovoltaic array, and a public pocket park located on the corner of Brooklyn Ave NE and NE 43rd St.

Project goals include LEED Gold certification and 100% union built.
