After substantial renovation to existing retail space near University Village, the Swedish Sand Point Primary Care Clinic is now providing primary care services to the Northeast Seattle and Sand Point neighborhoods.

The conversion of the existing space required interior demolition and a complete build-out with three nurse stations, each serving at least six exam rooms, an x-ray room, laboratories, consultation rooms, medical office, and other administrative offices. The focal point of the clinic’s reception area is a large wall mural of a map of Seattle that highlights the clinic’s location and the area that it serves.
