Two Union Square | Seattle

The Two Union Square lobby renovation touched all common areas in the high-traffic, occupied downtown high-rise. To avoid disrupting current tenants, construction took place after regular business hours and in multiple phases. Highlights of the project include a new exterior canopy, storefront, vestibule doors, and back-lit Barrisol ceiling at the 6th + Union entrance, 26 floors of restroom renovations, 23 multi-tenant elevator lobby renovations, and dramatic updates to the Level 2 retail concourse, central lobby, and fireplace lobby. The showpiece of the project is the Level 3 lobby renovation, which features a 9,000 square foot parabolic wood beam ceiling, bronze wall panels, and 6,500 square feet of book-matched radius stone walls with 3D fractal patterns throughout.
