Renovation along 700' of waterfront required extensive environmentally sensitive sitework, including fisheries coordination and stringent waterway rules. Phase 1 shore work covered demolition of existing buildings, removal and replacement of existing bulkheads, 71,000+ square feet of roadway, electrical and utilities work, plus paving, rockeries and landscaping with a rain garden and public access area. Second phase involved construction of marina gatehouse and boat house, and Phase 3 provided tenant improvements for an existing office and warehouse, for a total of 27,000 square feet of new construction.
