State-of-the-art 14,250 square foot vascular health center with one new Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, two Catheterization Labs, pre-post operative care areas, administrative areas and clinical support space. Project scope involved complex phasing requirements, infection control and interim life safety measures, temporary relocation of departments and staff, and extensive work in occupied and operational hospital departments. Integration of several mechanical and electrical infrastructure improvements also included—a new roof top chiller, air handling unit, emergency generator, and a UPS system.
