Working with a dynamic client in a fast-paced environment, GLY transformed an existing space within Lincoln Square South to reflect the new tenant’s vision and brand.

By leveraging the existing footprint, the team upgraded telecom infrastructure and acoustical components while expanding and enhancing the break room and dining area to meet modern needs. The new open office workspace also features executive offices, spacious video and media conference rooms, private phone booths, and a dedicated wellness room.

To meet the tenant’s move-in goals, GLY quickly assessed and validated existing conditions while minimizing changes to hard walls and mechanical and electrical systems – focusing on efficiency without compromising quality.
