GLY began our partnership with Emerald Heights in 2009, assisting with a Master Planning effort and providing miscellaneous renovation services throughout their campus from 2009 through 2011, all in preparation for commencement of Phase 1. Phase 1 marks the first major campus addition as well as expansion and/or upgrades to existing facilities, to offer residents additional recreational opportunities and amenities to enjoy.

Phase 1 of Emerald Heights’ expansion added a 12,000 square foot fitness center to the senior living community. Included in the new building: 30-foot-by-60 foot swimming pool with zero-gravity entry [ramp system] for lap swimming and aquatic exercise programs, Jacuzzi spa, locker rooms, exercise classroom, equipment room with state-of-the-art Keiser fitness equipment for both strength and cardiovascular training, massage therapy room, and exclusive salon services offering hair care, manicures and pedicures.
