Emerald Heights continues to grow its Redmond senior living community with its new Assisted Living apartment building [ALU] – a three-level, 54-unit complex featuring three new floor plans. In addition to modern, high-quality finishes, the new building features one level of underground parking, a full-service commercial kitchen, dining room, amenity spaces, outdoor courtyards, and a sky-bridge connection to the main campus facilities.

The ALU broke ground in July 2023 and is targeting a November 2024 completion.
