Garth Stoppard, Jr.

Superintendent

As a second generation carpenter, Garth turned out to be a Jr. in more ways than one. Today Garth is a hard-working Superintendent who enjoys building challenges across sectors, from housing to commercial construction. Garth takes a very thorough, caring approach to getting things done on his projects, and enjoys the outdoor life in his spare time—especially riding dirt bikes, camping or doing anything on or near the water.

Steven Bradshaw

Project Manager

Steven was on the move for much of his childhood. Born in Germany and raised in Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington, Steven learned to embrace new environments early on. He now thrives on meeting new people, leveraging the diversity among various backgrounds, and working together to find solutions. Steven earned a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University and now looks for opportunities to mentor college and high school students interested in a similar educational and career path. When the sun breaks through, he hops on his bike, works in the yard, plays football, and tries to improve his golf game.

Troy’s been managing construction projects in the Pacific Northwest since 2000 and is one of our Interiors + Special Projects [ISP] team leaders. He specializes in unique renovation and improvement work in a variety of market sectors and has a long history of successfully delivering public agency projects using Job Order Contracting [JOC]. Troy enjoys collaborating with professionals of various disciplines to get fast-track projects started and completed on time. Outside of work, Troy enjoys lots of family time, good music, trying a new local beer, and cheering on his favorite sports team.

Jackson Reid

Senior Project Engineer

Jackson is a Senior Project Engineer best known for his natural sociability and ability to boost jobsite morale. He remains positive and resilient when faced with challenges and believes that division of labor does not mean a relief of responsibility. With a strong team–first mindset, he understands the collective effort required to deliver successful projects, which is why he enjoys starting his days early on the jobsite and staying engaged with his team throughout the day. Outside of work, Jackson is an energetic outdoorsman who spends his time in the mountains or on the water. He enjoys biking, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, running, and fishing, and is a former student–athlete who played lacrosse at the University of Washington and with Seattle–area teams. He is also an FAA–certified Unmanned Aircraft Pilot and enjoys flying his drone to capture aerial jobsite photos.

Sean Royal

Project Engineer

Sean recently joined GLY after completing two internships which gave him firsthand experience on high-stakes projects in the construction industry. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, he brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as Project Engineer. In this capacity, he handles key responsibilities in trade management, overseeing work scopes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting. A Kirkland native, Sean enjoys spending his free time on Lake Washington, hitting the golf course, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
