The first phase of Bellevue Plaza includes the construction of a single, 17-story office tower along Main Street, the first portion of a public plaza, street frontage improvements, and a pedestrian through block connection.

Overlake Medical Center celebrated a milestone event in their construction project – a ceremony known as a topping off – by placing the final steel beam in place on its new 240,000-square-foot tower.

GLY and Overlake Medical Center hosted a topping out celebration for Overlake’s New East Tower on December 2, 2019. The five-story, inpatient tower is being built as part of Overlake’s five-year multi-phase Project FutureCarecampus renewal initiative.

Google held an official opening ceremony for its first block in South Lake Union on October 3, 2019. The new offices have private alcoves and mixing spaces, along with mini kitchens and break areas for recharging or conferencing. The middle-block offices will open later this month.
