With an Art Building renovation, the Jacob Lawrence Gallery will better reflect its namesake, whose paintings about the Black experience have inspired generations.

Overlake Medical Center has completed a six-year, $265-million project to renew its Bellevue campus.

The design creates a soulful sanctuary that is integrated with the surrounding environment and away from the day-to-day offices, allowing employees to clear their mind and thus spurring innovation. The concept was driven by form and function.

Crews from GLY Construction have broken ground on a new apartment building at Emerald Heights senior living community in Redmond. The project, called the Courtyard Apartments, was first announced in 2017 but suffered several setbacks as a result of COVID-19 and construction delays. Now things are back on track and the building is set to be complete and ready for residents in quarter four of 2023.
