GLY has promoted Ted Herb to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Herb succeeds Jim Karambelas, who is retiring after 25 years with the company. In addition, GLY added three minority shareholders to its ownership: Joe Bonacci, CFO; Tess Wakasugi-Don, Senior Project Manager; and Garrick Hughes, Senior Project Manager.

Jim Karambelas’ offers his reflections on his career and aspirations for the future as he contemplates the next chapter of life after GLY.
