Amazon Block 21 | Seattle

Located in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, the Rufus 2.0 Block 21 project includes two office buildings at 24- and 8-stories tall—both part of Amazon’s expanding headquarters. The two office towers will connect by a bridge and sit atop street-level retail space and four levels of underground parking. Targeting LEED Gold certification.
