Group Health Puyallup Medical Center | Puyallup

Build-to-suit shell and core 50,000 square foot medical office building with an interior tenant improvement replaces and expands the previous GHC Puyallup Clinic. GLY partnered with GHC and its architecture team to explore the innovative Lean process of Integrated Project Delivery [IPD], which included testing designs that will guide development of as many as 10 new centers. This project has achieved LEED Gold for Healthcare, making it the first LEED-HC in the nation.
