Timber Ridge at Talus | Issaquah

Timber Ridge is a Continuing Care Retirement Community [CCRC] situated at the base of Cougar Mountain. The picturesque campus features 184 independent living units in a seven-story, 364,231 square foot tower above three-level, 109,027 square foot parking garage. Amenities include 36 skilled nursing units, fitness center, community clubhouse with fireside lounge, library dining room, café abd meeting rooms. Scope for this project involved operable walls and large expanses of glass opening to side terraces, and extensive sitework including gardens and trails. Sustainable design focused on energy efficiency, water conservation and sustainable site design, making it the first CCRC in the nation to achieve a LEED rating.
