Amazon's Apollo Building at 333 Ninth Ave. N is complete. This is the first commercial building constructed under the South Lake Union rezone that was passed in May 2013. The rezone allows additional height and density in exchange for public benefits. more >

As part of its Block 52e building, Vulcan, Inc. commissioned a contemporary 20-foot wire mesh sculpture sculpture, titled Re-Stack, for the south plaza. The sculpture was designed by Seattle-based Lead Pencil Studio and is formed entirely using Banker Wire woven wire mesh. more >
